Hello Everyone ,
This is Kayla Smith I wanted to tell you about the German music I was introduced to last night by my host mother and sister . The artist that really stood out to me was Peter Fox, who is a local German reggae rap artist. Usually I listen to Classic Rock, but visiting Germany has changed my perspective on other types of music. Listening to Peter Fox really sums up our whole trip to me. When I listen to this song it reminds me of exploring Dresden with my host family and visiting new German friends but, at the end of the day I really miss my family and friends in Pennsylvania. I know I will always have them in my heart no matter how much I explore or travel. Basically in his lyrics he talks about how he knows everything about his home town and will always remember it but he feels that he needs to explore the world.
